Questions you might have
Do I need to know code?
No. You describe what you want in everyday words, and your site is built for you. If you can write an email, you can build your site.
What AI do I need?
An AI plan you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT. You connect it once, and Octapen uses it to build and change your site. If you would rather not use AI at all, our team can build the site for you.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect a domain you already own, or get a new one. We set up the secure lock (SSL) for you, so your address shows the padlock.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for. If you need a copy of your content before then, just ask us.
Can you build it for me?
Yes. Tell us about your business and send us your photos and words. Our team builds the site, and you can still make changes yourself afterwards.
Is there a free trial?
When a plan comes with a free trial, its card on the pricing page says so, with the number of days. You can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
